22 Allt Mor was completed in May 2006 and is located in a quite

cul-de-sac at the north end of Aviemore. The property, which has

been finished to a high standard, has been furnished with the aim

of creating a relaxing environment – allowing all who stay there a

stress-free and enjoyable holiday.

22 Allt Mor is a detached house with a small fully fenced garden

area where children in particular can amuse themselves safely.

Accommodation is as follows – one double bedroom with en-suite

shower room, one twin bedroom (it also has a single futon) and

one single bedroom. In addition there is a large lounge (with a

double sofa bed) which has patio doors to the garden, a large

dining kitchen, separate utility room and an additional toilet.

Finally number 22 has a large integral storage room – heated by

the central heating boiler. This can be accessed directly from

outside which is perfect for drying wet clothes/boots or storing

bikes, skis, dogs - even errant husbands!

As you would expect 22 Allt Mor has a washing machine, tumble

drier, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, satellite TV, hi-fi and

a DVD player. All bedding and towels are supplied.

 

We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved pet dogs but ask

for a £15 fee to cover the extra cleaning.

Aviemore is a well developed tourist town which is well suited to

the self-catering visitor. With a Tesco supermarket and many

smaller shops for supplies and a wide variety of restaurants for

those who prefer dining out.
